慢性病患者疾病感知评估工具的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

疾病感知影响慢性病患者的自我管理行为，与疾病的发生发展、患者的健康结局密切相关。该文综述了国内外开发的慢性病疾病感知评估工具的内容、特点、应用现状及局限性，以期为国内各类慢性病患者疾病感知评估工具的开发与应用提供借鉴，为科学评估其疾病感知水平、制订有针对性的干预提供依据。

Abstract:

Illness perception affects the self-management behavior of patients with chronic diseases，and is closely related to the occurrence and development of diseases，patients’ mental health，quality of life，and health outcomes. This paper reviews the content，characteristics，application and limitations of illness perception assessment tools for patients with chronic diseases at home and abroad. It can provide a reference for the development and application of illness perception assessment tools for patients with various chronic diseases in China，and provide a basis for scientific assessment of illness perception levels and formulation of targeted interventions.
