摘要:
高血压是导致居民心血管疾病发病和死亡风险增加的首要且可改变的危险因素。全面有效的药物管理是帮助患者控制血压的重要策略。目前研究多集中于数字化健康管理与血压监测,对于数字健康技术在高血压患者药物管理的相关报告较少。该文综述了数字健康技术在高血压患者用药评估、用药干预、血压监测、用药咨询与转诊、随访中的应用,为护理人员对高血压患者进行数字化药物管理提供参考。
