国外早产儿父亲实施袋鼠式护理的研究进展及启示

摘要：

父亲是早产儿的主要照护者之一,在母亲无法实施袋鼠式护理时,父亲是重要的替代人选。目前,国外已广泛开展由父亲实施的袋鼠式护理,相关研究较多,而国内则处于起步阶段。该文综述了国外早产儿父亲实施袋鼠式护理的意义、实践方法,分析了父亲实施袋鼠式护理的影响因素及对策,旨在为国内开展相关临床实践提供参考。

Abstract:

Fathers are also the primary caregivers of premature infants. When kangaroo mother care is not available,kangaroo father care is an important alternative. At present,kangaroo father care has been widely carried out abroad while China is in the initial stage. This paper reviewed the significance and practice methods of kangaroo father care of premature infant abroad,and analyzed the influence factors and countermeasures of kangaroo father care,aiming to provide references for clinical practice in China.
