开业护士执业和处方权现状及启示

摘要：

从开业护士的发展历程、执业地点和领域、执业模式和权限及其执业的效果评价入手,对开业护士的执业和处方权现状进行回顾,以期为中国加强基层医疗服务队伍建设、增强基层医疗卫生服务能力提供启示和借鉴。
