负压治疗结合滴注冲洗在伤口护理中的应用进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

围绕负压伤口治疗结合滴注冲洗的方法学研究及临床应用效果进行综述,从负压值的选择、冲洗溶液的选择、负压治疗与溶液冲洗的时间分配3个方面总结负压伤口治疗结合滴注冲洗的方法学研究结果;从维持性清创、减少细菌数量、去除细菌生物膜、缩短伤口愈合时间4个方面阐述其临床应用效果,旨在为推广和规范负压伤口治疗结合滴注冲洗疗法的临床应用提供参考。
