预立医疗照护计划在肿瘤患者中的应用进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

随着医疗服务模式的转变,肿瘤患者终末期的生活质量逐渐受到重视。该文对预立医疗照护计划（advance care planning,ACP）的发展、ACP在肿瘤患者中的应用、实施ACP注意事项等进行综述,为国内开展ACP研究与实践提供参考。
