摘要/Abstract

摘要：

目的系统评价胎儿畸形孕产妇及其配偶健康信息需求的质性研究，为制订系统性的信息支持策略提供依据。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中收录的关于胎儿畸形孕产妇及其配偶健康信息需求的质性研究。检索时限从建库到2026年1月。采用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准进行质量评价，运用汇集性整合法进行结果整合。结果共纳入12项研究，提炼出39个研究结果、归纳为9个新类别，形成3个整合结果：促进心理适应的信息需求、多渠道获取信息的需求、多样化信息互动的需求。结论医护人员应动态评估胎儿畸形孕产妇及其配偶的多样化健康信息需求，为其制订针对性、全面的信息支持策略，以增强其医疗决策能力，促进胎儿畸形家庭维持健康的身心状态。

Abstract:

Objective To conduct a systematic review of qualitative studies on health information needs of women with fetal abnormalities and their spouses，to provide evidence for formulating systematic information support strategies. Methods Computerized searches were conducted in Pubmed，Web of Science，Embase，Cochrane Library，CINAHL，CNKI，Wanfang Database，VIP Database，and CBM for qualitative studies on the health information need among women with fetal abnormalities and their spouses，with the retrieval timeframe from the inception to January 2026. The quality of the included studies was assessed using the Quality Assessment Criteria for Qualitative Research from the Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-based Healthcare Center in Australia. Meta-integration methods were used to synthesize the findings. Results A total of 12 papers were included，from which 39 findings were extracted and grouped into 9 categories. These categories were further synthesized into 3 integrated findings：information needs for psychological adaptation；multichannel information-seeking needs；needs for diversified information interaction and communication. Conclusion Healthcare professionals should dynamically assess the diverse information needs of pregnant women with fetal anomalies and their spouses and develop targeted，comprehensive information support strategies to enhance their medical decision-making capacity and promote the maintenance of healthy physical and mental states among families affected by fetal anomalies.
