Effects of auricular acupressure combined with music therapy on patients with insomnia：a Meta-analysis

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

目的评价耳穴贴压联合音乐疗法对失眠症患者睡眠质量及焦虑、抑郁情绪的应用效果，为其护理实践提供循证依据。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library中关于耳穴贴压联合音乐疗法改善睡眠质量的随机对照试验，检索时限为建库至2026年5月18日。由2名研究者独立进行文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价，采用RevMan 5.4和Stata 15.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入16篇文献，涉及1 504例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示，与对照组相比，耳穴贴压联合音乐疗法可降低匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分[MD=-2.96，95%CI（-3.62，-2.31），P<0.001]、焦虑评分[SMD=-0.97，95%CI（-1.19，-0.74），P<0.001]和抑郁评分[MD=-5.01，95%CI（-6.96，-3.06），P<0.001]。结论耳穴贴压联合音乐疗法可改善失眠症患者的睡眠质量，并有助于缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪，但受纳入研究方法学质量及随访资料不足等限制，仍需开展高质量随机对照试验进一步验证。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the effects of auricular acupressure combined with music therapy on sleep quality and anxiety and depression symptoms in patients with insomnia，and to provide evidence-based support for nursing practice in patients with insomnia. Methods Randomized controlled trials on auricular acupressure combined with music therapy for improving sleep quality were retrieved from CNKI，Wanfang Database，VIP Database，Chinese Biomedical Literature Database，PubMed，Web of Science，Embase，and the Cochrane Library from inception to May 18，2026. There were 2 researchers who independently conducted literature screening，data extraction，and quality assessment. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 and Stata 15.0 software. Results A total of 16 studies involving 1 504 participants were included. Meta-analysis showed that，compared with the control group，auricular acupressure combined with music therapy significantly reduced Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores[MD=-2.96，95%CI（-3.62，-2.31），P<0.001]，anxiety scores[SMD=-0.97，95%CI（-1.19，-0.74），P<0.001]，and depression scores[MD=-5.01，95%CI（-6.96，-3.06），P<0.001]. Conclusion Auricular acupressure combined with music therapy can improve sleep quality in patients with insomnia and help alleviate anxiety and depression symptoms. However，due to the limitations in methodological quality and insufficient follow-up data of the included studies，further high-quality randomized controlled trials are warranted.
