Abstract:

To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of 20 patients with complex coronary artery lesions and reduced left ventricular ejection fraction who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） with Impella left ventricular assist device（Impella-LVAD） support. Key nursing points are as follows：prior to surgery，multidisciplinary collaboration was established to conduct comprehensive assessments；stable hemodynamics was maintained throughout the perioperative period with precise volume management；during surgery，the operation of auxiliary de-vices was standardized，and related complications were actively prevented；postoperatively，early warning signs of ven-tricular electrical storms were promptly identified；rapid emergency protocols were initiated；bundled hydration inter-vention pathways were implemented to protect renal function，and progressive early rehabilitation was conducted to improve clinical prognosis. Through meticulous treatment and nursing care，all 20 patients achieved a 100% proce-dural success rate，and all were discharged successfully following recovery. No major adverse cardiovascular events oc-curred during the 3-month follow-up period，indicating favorable patient outcomes.

摘要：

总结20例复杂冠状动脉病变合并射血分数降低患者在经皮置入左心室辅助装置下行冠状动脉介入治疗的围手术期护理经验。护理要点如下：开展多学科协作，完善术前评估；围手术期全程稳定血流动力学，精准落实容量管理；术中规范辅助装置设备运行，预防相关并发症；术后及时识别心室电风暴早期预警信号，启动快速应急流程；实施集束化水化干预护理路径，保护肾功能；开展渐进式早期康复，改善临床预后。经过精心的治疗和护理，20例患者手术成功率为100%，均顺利康复出院，术后3个月随访未发生主要心血管事件，预后良好。
