Abstract:

Objective To integrate the best evidence of discharge planning for colorectal cancer patients receiving colostomy，and to provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods The clinical decisions，guidelines，evidence summaries，systematic reviews，expert consensuses and expert opinions on discharge planning of colorectal cancer patients receiving colostomy were retrieved from UpToDate，National Guideline Clearinghouse，Guidelines International Network，National Institute for Health and Care Excellence，Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network，New Zealand Guidelines Group，Registered Nurses，Association of Ontario，Canadian Medical Association，Clinical Practice Guideline，Joanna Briggs Institute，Yi Mai Tong，World Council of Enterostomal Therapists，Wound，Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society，Chinese Nursing Association，Cochrane Library，CINAHL，TRIP Database，PubMed，Web of Science，CNKI，CBM，Wanfang Database，and VIP Database from the construction of databases to July 2022. There were 2 researchers who independently evaluated literature quality and extracted recommendations. Results A total of 14 articles were included，involving 2 clinical decisions，3 guidelines，5 systematic reviews，1 evidence summary，2 expert consensuses and 1 expert opinion. 22 pieces of evidence were summarized in term of screening and assessment，plan making，plan implementation，follow-up and effect evaluation. Conclusion The present study summarized the best evidence about discharge planning for colorectal cancer patients receiving colostomy，which contributes to establish the practice standard of discharge planning procedures for patients receiving colostomy.

目的 整合结直肠癌造口患者出院计划的最佳证据，为临床实践提供循证依据。 方法 系统检索UpToDate、美国国立指南网、国际指南网、英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所网站、苏格兰校际指南网、新西兰指南研究组、加拿大安大略省注册护士协会网站、加拿大医学会临床实践指南文库、澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所卫生保健数据库、中国医脉通指南网、世界造口治疗师协会网站、世界伤口造口失禁委员会网站、中华护理学会网站、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、TRIP Database、PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库中有关结直肠癌造口患者出院计划的临床决策、指南、证据总结、系统评价、专家共识和专家意见等证据，检索时限为建库至2022年7月。由2名研究者独立进行文献质量评价和资料提取。 结果 共纳入14篇文献，包括2篇临床决策、3篇指南、5篇系统评价、1篇证据总结、2篇专家共识、1篇专家意见，从筛查与评估、制订计划、执行计划、后续追踪与效果评价5个方面总结22条证据。 结论 该研究针对结直肠癌造口患者出院计划进行证据总结，为建立结直肠癌肠造口患者出院计划规范流程、实践标准提供循证依据。
