Nursing care of a patient with transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis complicated with depression

Abstract

Abstract:

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis complicated with depression. The key points of nursing included stabilizing hemodynamics and maintaining effective perfusion of the body；correcting gastrointestinal dysfunction and promoting nutritional balance；delaying peripheral sensory autonomic neuropathy and improving activity tolerance；timely evaluating and guiding，and doing well in psychological nursing care. After 26 days rehabilitation and nursing care，the patient was discharged with improved condition.

摘要：

总结1例转甲状腺素蛋白心脏淀粉样变合并抑郁症患者的护理经验。护理要点包括稳定血流动力学，维持机体有效灌注；纠正胃肠功能紊乱，促进营养均衡；延缓周围感觉及自主神经病变，提升活动耐力；及时评估与引导，做好心理护理。经过26 d精心的治疗与护理，患者症状改善，顺利出院。
