Abstract:

Objective To systematically evaluate and integrate psychological experience and feelings of heart transplant patients,so as to provide a basis for targeted nursing interventions. Methods CNKI,Wanfang data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,ProQuest,Scopus,CINAHL and Cochrane Library were searched for qualitative research on psychological experience of heart transplant patients. The retrieval period is from the establishment of the database to Feb. 2022. The Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist for Qualitative Research（2016） was used to evaluate the quality of the included articles,and then the results were integrated by meta-synthesis. Results A total of 16 articles are included and 36 results are extracted which can be classified into 6 new categories. Finally,3 integrated results are summarized,namely emotional experience,rehabilitation needs and self-adjustment after heart transplantation. Conclusion The psychological experience of heart transplant patients is diverse. Healthcare providers should identify their complex emotions after transplantation,pay attention to their rehabilitation needs and commit to building multi-dimensional support systems,and help them for self-adjusting,so as to promote their early reintegration into society.

摘要：

目的 系统评价与整合心脏移植术后患者心理体验和感受的相关质性研究,为临床制订有针对性的干预措施提供依据。 方法 检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、ProQuest、Scopus、CINAHL、Cochrane Library数据库中关于心脏移植术后患者心理体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2022年2月。纳入符合标准的文献并使用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准（2016）评价文献质量,采用Meta整合方法对结果进行整合。 结果 共纳入16篇文献,提炼出33个结果,归纳为6个类别,3个整合结果：心脏移植术后的情绪体验、心脏移植术后的康复需求、心脏移植术后的自我调适。结论 心脏移植术后患者心理体验具有多样性,医护人员应识别其复杂的情绪,关注其康复需求,构建多维度的支持系统,协助患者自我调适,使其早日重返社会。
