Nursing care of 3 children with Langerhans cell Histiocytosis after liver transplantation

Abstract

Abstract:

This article summarizes the nursing experience of 3 cases of Langerhans cell histiocytosis after liver transplantation. The main points of nursing include：multi-organ function monitoring,timely reporting of abnormal conditions;to conduct protective isolation to reduce postoperative infections;to strengthen skin care;to develop individualized rehabilitation exercise plans and provide rehabilitation exercise guidance;to use immunosuppressive drugs correctly,to conduct immune induction therapy,and prevent the occurrence of rejection;to start nutritional support as soon as possible;to provide psychological care to relieve anxiety;to do a good job of discharge guidance,to establish a follow-up system,and conduct regular follow-ups. After careful treatment and care,all 3 children recovered and were discharged.

摘要：

总结3例朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症患儿行肝移植的术后护理经验。护理要点包括：多器官功能监护,及时报告异常情况;进行保护性隔离,减少术后感染;加强皮肤护理;制订个体化康复锻炼计划,给予康复锻炼指导;正确使用免疫抑制药物,进行免疫诱导治疗,预防排斥反应发生;尽早启动营养支持;进行心理护理,缓解焦虑情绪;做好出院指导,建立随访体系定期进行随访。经过精心的治疗和护理,3例患儿均康复出院。
