Nursing care of a child with intestinal Behcet's disease complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation

Abstract

Abstract:

To summarize the nursing experience of a case of intestinal Behcet's disease with gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation. Nursing points include nursing of gastrointestinal bleeding,drainage tube nursing,nutritional support,drug nursing,peripheral central venous catheterization,psychological nursing of children and parents,etc. After active treatment and meticulous care,the child's condition was under control and this child was transferred to the gastroenterology department for continued treatment.

摘要：

总结1例肠型白塞病患儿消化道出血及穿孔的护理经验。护理要点包括：消化道出血的护理、引流管的护理、营养支持、用药护理、经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管护理、患儿及家长的心理护理等,经过积极治疗与精心护理,患儿病情得到控制,转至消化科继续治疗。

关键词: 肠型白塞病, 消化道出血, 穿孔, 儿科护理学
