Abstract:

Objective To establish a sleep management program appropriate for ICU patients in China,so as to improve the sleep quality of ICU patients. Methods The preliminary sleep management strategies were designed and the related evidence was obtained by retrieval of both domestic and oversea databases. The appraisal of literature was conducted by Jonna Briggs Institute 2010 evidence grade and quality evaluation methods. Then the Delphi method was adopted to make the strategies meet our national conditions. Results 30 sleep management strategies were established under 11 dimensions and 2 parts including “preconditions for the implementation of a non-pharmacological sleep intervention program for patients with shallow sedation in ICU” and“the constitution and implementation of a non-pharmacological sleep intervention program for patients with shallow sedation in ICU”. Conclusion The non-pharmacological sleep intervention program for ICU patients with shallow sedation constructed on the basis of evidence-based and Delphi method is scientific and practical,and it can be applied for sleep management of ICU patients.

目的 构建适合中国ICU浅镇静患者非药物睡眠干预方案,以提高ICU浅镇静患者的睡眠质量。方法 检索国内外数据库获取ICU患者睡眠管理相关的证据,采用Jonna Briggs Institute 2010证据等级与推荐工具对证据进行分级和推荐,初拟ICU浅镇静患者非药物睡眠干预方案,通过德尔菲法将方案本土化。结果 构建的ICU浅镇静患者非药物睡眠干预方案包括实施的前提条件、ICU浅镇静患者非药物睡眠干预方案的构成及具体实施方法2个部分、11个维度、30条实施策略。结论 基于循证和德尔菲法构建的ICU浅镇静患者睡眠干预方案具有科学性和实用性,可用于临床ICU患者的睡眠管理。
