摘要：

再喂养综合征发生于长期营养不良再喂养的患者,其临床表现呈多样性、非特异性,发病时间一般为再喂养后3~4 d,病情发展迅速,患者往往因得不到及时医治而死亡。该文将从再喂养综合征的概述、高危患者的识别和再喂养综合征的预防等方面进行综述,旨在为医护人员在今后临床工作中有效预防再喂养综合征提供科学依据。
