Abstract:

Objective To explore the characteristics and causes of dietary behavior changes in women with gestational diabetes. Methods Purposive sampling method was used to select pregnant women with gestational diabetes from July to August 2018 in one obstetric clinic of a tertiary hospital in Putian for semi-structured interviews. Golaizzi’s analysis method was used to transcribing interviews,constantly compare and summarize data and generate themes. Results Four themes emerged include lack of knowledge and cognition about the disease,active control and passive eating emotions and attitudes,active coordination and passive coping with eating behavior,and multiple influencing factors of dietary behavior changes. Conclusion In the process of adapting to diabetic diet,pregnant women with gestational diabetes have positive or negative emotional attitudes and behaviors,which are influenced by many factors.

摘要：

目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇饮食行为改变的特征和原因。方法 采用目的抽样法,选取2018年7月—8月在莆田市某三级甲等医院产科门诊产检的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi分析法对访谈资料进行转录,比较分析、归纳资料并生成主题。结果 提炼出妊娠期糖尿病孕妇饮食行为改变特征及原因的4个主题：缺乏疾病相关知识与疾病认知程度不足、积极控制与被动接受的饮食态度、积极配合与消极应付的饮食行为及影响饮食行为改变的因素较多。结论 妊娠期糖尿病孕妇在适应糖尿病饮食过程中,存在积极或消极的情绪态度及行为,且受诸多因素影响。
