摘要：

该文从患者自杀风险筛查对象、患者自杀风险筛查工具2方面介绍患者自杀风险的筛查,从自杀风险评估对象、患者自杀风险评估内容、患者自杀风险评估工具、患者自杀风险评估流程4方面介绍患者自杀风险的评估,并提出从编制本土化的自杀风险筛查和评估工具、组建多学科患者安全评估团队和患者自杀风险评估流程2方面建立符合我国情的患者自杀预防方案。
