Abstract: This paper summarized nursing management of aortic dissection patients with postoperative delirium， and to implement of bundle with a multi-disciplinary team. Key points of nursing mainly included & sleep management program，sedation treatment program，pain treatment program，monitoring of delirium program，and early activities program. All 23 patients in this group recovered from postoperative delirium in 3 days after they returned to the ward，and all patients were discharged from hospital in 20 days.

摘要： 总结主动脉夹层患者的术后谵妄管理经验，依托多学科团队实施集束化谵妄管理方案，包括睡眠管理方案、镇静治疗方案、镇痛治疗方案、谵妄监测方案、早期活动方案。本组23例从ICU返回病房3d后，术后谵妄均痊愈， 20d内均出院。
