摘要：

综述智力障碍患者疼痛评估的研究进展,从智力障碍患者疼痛评估不足的原因和疼痛评估方法两方面进行介绍。疼痛评估方法包括自我报告、行为观察法、生理指标测量法,重点介绍了行为观察法中的观察性疼痛评估工具,并提出建议和展望,以期为智力障碍患者临床疼痛管理提供科学的依据。
