Application of micro-video combined with action-oriented teaching in hospitalized patients with urostomy

微视频联合行动导向教学法在尿路造口住院患者中的应用

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the effect of micro-video combined with action-oriented teaching on health education in patients with urostomy after ileal conduit urinary diversion. Methods A total of 86 patients with urostomy after ileal conduit urinary diversion from January to December 2018 in our hospital were enrolled. According to the hospitalization time,42 patients were selected in the experimental group and 44 patients in the control group. The patients in experimental group received the health education program of micro-video combined with action-oriented teaching and the patients in the control group received routine health education program. The self-care ability for urostomy,rate of complication and satisfaction of health education were compared between 2 groups. Results The score of self-care ability for urostomy in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(14.18±3.92 v.s. 9.2±4.6,P<0.05). The incidence of skin inflammation around the stoma was 2.4%(1/42) in the experimental group,significantly lower than 18.2%(8/44)in the control group. The satisfaction of health education in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(91.41±6.47 v.s. 85.25±11.71,P<0.05). Conclusion The application of touch media combined with action-oriented teaching for health education can effectively improve self-care ability for urostomy in patients and reduce the incidence of stoma related complications.

摘要:

目的 探讨微视频联合行动导向教学法在膀胱癌回肠膀胱术后尿路造口住院患者健康教育中的应用效果。 方法 选取广西壮族自治区某三级甲等医院泌尿外科2018年1月—12月因膀胱癌行回肠膀胱术患者86例,按住院时间先后分为试验组42例和对照组44例。试验组采用微视频联合行动导向教学法的健康教育方案,对照组采取常规健康教育方案。比较两组尿路造口自我护理能力、并发症发生率及健康教育满意度。 结果 试验组尿路造口自我护理能力为(14.18±3.92)分,明显高于对照组的(9.20±4.60)分;造口周围皮肤炎症发生率为2.4%(1/42),明显低于对照组的18.2%(8/44);健康教育满意度为(91.41±6.47)分,明显高于对照组的(85.25±11.71)分,以上数据比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 应用微视频联合行动导向教学法实施健康教育能有效提高尿路造口住院患者的自我护理能力,减少造口相关并发症的发生。
