From human to benevolence—study experience of clinical nursing in Jing Hu hospital of Macau

Abstract

Abstract:

Through the visiting exchanges with Jing Hu hospital Ophthalmology Center of Macau,Jing Hu History Museum,Jing Hu Nursing College,Oncology,Palliative Care Center,Central Sterile Supply Room,Central Operating Room and 9North（9N） Comprehensive Ward,we learn nursing concept,new technology and new methods of care and qualification certification and training of specialist nurses from Jing Hu hospital of Macau,which improves the whole working process and the new understanding of nursing work mode of Jing Hu hospital of Macau. Due to the differences in system and culture,the operation mode and nursing care are different between hospitals to some extent. However,the concept of "benevolence" has been deeply rooted in people’s hearts. The author hopes to continue to strengthen the communication between the 2 sides and the 3 places to exchange experiences in order to better provide professional nursing services for patients.

摘要：

通过对澳门镜湖医院眼科中心、镜湖历史博物馆、镜湖护理学院、肿瘤科、康宁中心、中央消毒供应室、职安健小组、中央手术室及9 North（9N）综合病房进行参观交流,学习了解澳门镜湖医院的护理理念、护理新技术和新方法以及专科护士的资质认证和培训,提高了对澳门镜湖医院整体工作流程和护理工作模式的认识。由于在体制和文化上的不同,医院的运行模式、护理工作等各方面有一定的差异,但从人到“仁”的理念深入人心,笔者希望继续加强与澳门护理界的沟通往来,交流心得体会,更好地为患者提供专业的护理服务。
