Abstract:

Objective To design and develop an Internet Nursing Service Platform（herein after referred to as the platform）and to evaluate its application effects,in order to provide references for the development of internet nursing services. Methods The platform was designed and developed based on Internet Nursing Service Pilot Program with 3 ports for clients,nurses and platform management system,22 services including basic care,maternal and child care,specialist care,and 30 inspection services. 1 municipal hospital and 5 township-level hospitals were selected for trial operation,and the focus group interview was used to evaluate the platform effects. Results As of March 2020,the platform had a total of 247 registered nurses,7 411 users and 1 941 completed orders. The top 3 services were the determination of neonatal percutaneous bilirubin,replacement of gastric tube and nasal feeding,and general dressing change. The systematic evaluation rate and telephone follow-up satisfaction were both 100%. 4 themes were summarized from the focus group interviews,namely meeting the professional care needs of home patients,promoting the home health of patients,enhancing professional sense of value,unsolved platform problems in application practice. Conclusion The operation of the platform provides an innovative access to ensure the health of patients at home,and provides continuous nursing services. However,the operating mechanism and service staffing need to be further improved to ensure the effective operation of this platform.

目的 设计开发“互联网+护理服务”平台（以下简称“平台”）,并评价其应用效果,以期为“互联网+护理服务”的开展提供借鉴。 方法 以“互联网+护理服务”试点工作方案为指导,设计开发的平台具有用户端、护士端、平台管理系统3个端口,可提供基础护理、母婴护理、专科护理3个方面共22项服务内容及30项检验服务,选择1所市级医院、5所乡镇卫生院作为合作单位试运行平台,采用焦点小组访谈法进行效果评价。 结果 截止至2020年3月,该平台共有注册护士247名、用户7 411名,完成服务1 941单,排名前3位的服务项目分别是新生儿经皮胆红素测定、更换胃管及鼻饲、普通换药。系统评价好评率及电话随访满意度均为100%,护士认为平台满足了居家患者的专业照护需求,促进了居家患者健康,提升了护士的专业价值感,但平台应用实践中存在的问题亟需解决。 结论 “互联网+护理服务”平台的运行为保障患者居家健康及提供延续性护理服务提供创新渠道,但还需进一步完善平台运行机制及服务人员配置,以保障平台的有效运行。
