Abstract:

Objective To establish an index system of a core competence of diabetes specialist nurses participating in the regulation of insulin pump based on China’s national conditions. Methods The Delphi method was used to establish this index system of the core competence of diabetes specialist nurses participating in the regulation of insulin pump. Results 3 rounds of consultations were conducted. The authority coefficient of experts,the coefficient of judgment and the degree of familiarity are 0.91,0.92 and 0.90,respectively. The Kendall’s coefficient of concordance is 0.299 with statistical significance（P<0.001）. The final index system includes 4 parts,including professional practice,professional development,critical thinking and practical ability of professional humanistic quality,among which there are 4 grade Ⅰ indexes,18 grade Ⅱ indexes and 64 grade Ⅲ indexes. Conclusion This system has higher authority and scientificity,which provides standardized foundations for training institutions at different levels. It is beneficial to the overall improvement of management skills for nurses participating in insulin pump nursing specialists training program.

目的 构建参与胰岛素泵调节的糖尿病专科护士核心能力的指标体系。方法 基于文献研究法、理论分析法等构建参与胰岛素调节的糖尿病专科护士核心能力指标体系初稿,按纳入标准选择26名专家进入德尔菲专家咨询。 结果 共进行3轮咨询,第3轮咨询专家的权威系数为0.91,判断系数为0.92,熟悉程度为0.90,专家意见肯德尔和谐系数为0.299（P<0.001）。参与胰岛素泵调节的糖尿病专科护士核心能力Ⅰ级指标4个,包括临床专科护理实践能力、专业发展能力、评判性思维能力、专业人文素养实践,Ⅱ级指标18个,Ⅲ级指标64个。 结论 参与胰岛素泵调节的糖尿病专科护士核心能力指标体系具有较高的权威性和科学性,为相关医院或学会制订胰岛素泵管理规范提供参考依据。
