Abstract: Objective To construct and apply the information system of layered training in order to improve nurses’ training practices. Methods The system was applied to cover the training practices of resource， operation， evaluation and promotion for nurses’ layered training through N1 to N4. Results After application， nurses’ technical practice， nursing theoretical knowledge，examination scores of first aid skills and satisfaction of layered training were improved significantly（P＜0.01），and nursing quality assessment scores were higher than before（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The information system is an effective tool for layered training practices for nursing staff， and provides scientific path for nursing layered management， which can improve training quality and management efficiency.

摘要： 目的 建立与应用护士分层培训信息系统，改进护士分层培训工作的实践。 方法 将信息系统应用于N1至 N4层级护理人员的培训资源、培训运行、培训考核和进阶的运行和管理。 结果 应用后受培者技术操作、护理理论、急救技能考核成绩和参加培训的满意度均有提高（P＜0.01），护理质量考核成绩高于应用前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 分层培训信息系统是护理人员参加培训实践的有效工具，为分层培训管理工作提供科学路径，可提高培训质量和管理效益。
