Abstract:

Objective To construct an evaluation index system for the perioperative nursing quality of patients with implanted brain-computer interfaces，providing a tool for systematic and quantitative assessment and monitoring of nursing care quality during this period. Methods Based on the “structure-process-outcome” three-dimensional quality evaluation model，this study employed literature review，the Delphi method，and the analytic hierarchy process to determine the content of perioperative nursing quality evaluation indicators for implanted brain-computer interfaces and to establish the weights of each indicator level. Results The effective recovery rates of the 2 rounds of questionnaire surveys were 93.75% and 100%，respectively. The expert authority coefficients were 0.920 and 0.923 respectively，and the Kendall’s coefficients of concordance were 0.149 and 0.117 respectively. Finally，an evaluation index system for the nursing quality of implantable brain-computer interface patients during the perioperative period was formed，which included 3 first-level indicators，12 second-level indicators，and 46 third-level indicators. Conclusion The nursing quality evaluation indicator system developed in this study demonstrates strong scientific validity，reliability，and specialty specificity，aligns with clinical practice，and can serve as a reference for objectively assessing the quality of perioperative nursing care for patients with implanted brain-computer interfaces.
