摘要:

目的 对可穿戴传感设备在ICU言语不能患者中应用的研究进行范围综述,为开展相关护理干预、满足ICU患者沟通需求提供参考。 方法 以范围综述方法学为指导,系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL、Cochrane Library、万方数据库、中国知网、维普数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库中关于可穿戴传感设备在ICU言语不能患者中应用的研究;检索时间为建库至2026年4月22日;对检索到的文献进行筛选、汇总、提取、分析。 结果 共纳入10篇文献,采用的可穿戴传感设备主要包括可穿戴追踪设备、可穿戴电喉及脑机接口;用于满足ICU言语不能患者的生理需求、安全需求、爱与归属需求、尊重需求4个方面的沟通需求;结局指标涵盖临床状态评估、患者相关指标、可行性评价等;但可穿戴传感设备的应用仍存在一些问题。 结论 可穿戴传感设备能够满足ICU言语不能患者的基本需求表达和简单交互,但对患者的认知有一定要求,在临床应用仍处于探索阶段。

Abstract:

Objective To conduct a scoping review on the application of wearable sensor devices in non-speaking ICU patients,so as to provide a reference for developing nursing interventions to meet the communication needs of ICU patients. Methods Using the scoping review methodology as a guide,a systematic search was performed in PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL,Cochrane Library,Wanfang database,CNKI,VIP database,and China Biomedical Literature Database for relevant studies on the application of wearable sensor devices for communication needs in non-speaking ICU patients. The search period was from the establishment of the databases to April 22,2026. The retrieved literature was screened,summarized,extracted,and analyzed. Results A total of 10 articles were included. The wearable sensor devices used mainly included wearable tracking devices,wearable electronic larynges,and brain-computer interfaces. They were used to meet the communication needs of non-speaking ICU patients in 4 aspects:physiological needs,safety needs,love and belonging needs,and esteem needs. The outcome measures covered clinical status assessment,patient-related indicators,feasibility evaluation,etc. However,the application of wearable sensing devices still faces some challenges. Conclusion Wearable sensor devices can meet the basic needs of expression and simple interaction of non-speaking ICU patients,but they have certain requirements for patients’ cognition and are still in the clinical exploration stage.
