模拟临床值班教学在澳门护理本科生中的应用效果评价

Application of simulated clinical shift into the course of nursing undergraduates in Macao

摘要:

目的 探讨模拟临床值班教学在澳门护理本科生中的应用效果,为护理临床实践前期的教学创新提供参考。 方法 于2024年3—4月在一年级护理本科生临床学习导入课程中采用模拟临床值班教学,并应用内容分析法对14名学生的反思报告进行整理分析,提炼主题。 结果 共提炼出3个主题,包括促进深度学习、提升综合能力、树立专业认同感。 结论 模拟临床值班应用于临床实践前期教学具有可行性,有助于促进低年级学生深度学习、提升综合能力及树立专业认同感,可以作为衔接理论与临床教学的方法。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effect of applying simulated clinical shift into the course for nursing undergraduates in Macau,so as to provide references for innovative teaching in the stage of pre-clinical practice. Methods From March to April 2024,a simulated clinical shift teaching model was adopted in the Introduction to Clinical Study for the first-year nursing undergraduate students. The content analysis method was used to organize and analyze the reflection journal of 14 students and to extract themes. Results A total of 3 themes were extracted,including 1)promote deep learning,2)enhance comprehensive capabilities,3) establish professional identity. Conclusion Simulated clinical shift is a novel design in nursing education. It is feasible to be applied to the early stage of clinical practice teaching,so as to help to promote deep learning,enhance comprehensive capabilities and establish professional identity in junior nursing students.
