乳腺癌患者参与同伴支持体验质性研究的Meta整合

摘要：

目的整合关于乳腺癌患者参与同伴支持体验的质性研究，为同伴支持在乳腺癌患者中的应用提供参考依据。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、Embase、PubMed、CINAHL、Web of Science、PsycINFO、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中关于乳腺癌患者参与同伴支持体验的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2022年5月10日。按照澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所质性研究质量评价标准进行文献的质量评价，采用汇集性整合法对结果进行整合。结果共纳入12篇研究，提炼出55个研究结果，归纳为10个新的类别，并综合出3个整合结果：乳腺癌患者参与同伴支持的动机、乳腺癌患者参与同伴支持的益处、乳腺癌患者参与同伴支持的挑战。结论参与同伴支持给乳腺癌患者带来多方面的益处，在今后的研究中，应完善支持双方的匹配机制，制订规范化同伴支持方案，丰富同伴支持形式，促进同伴支持在乳腺癌患者中应用的不断完善与发展。

Abstract:

Objective To systematically evaluate qualitative studies on the experience of peer support for breast cancer patients, and to provide references for the application of peer support in breast cancer patients. Methods We searched databases including the Cochrane Library, Embase, PubMed, CINAHL, Web of Science, PsycINFO, CNKI, WanFang, VIP and CBM to collect qualitative research on the experience of peer support for breast cancer patients. The retrieval period was from inception to May 2022. The quality of the included studies was evaluated based on Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative research. The results were integrated by the method of aggregative integration. Results A total of 12 studies were included, and 55 results were extracted and summarized into 10 categories, which were synthesized into 3 integrated results：motivations of breast cancer patients to participate in peer support, benefits of breast cancer patients participate in peer support, and challenges of breast cancer patients to participate in peer support. Conclusion Participation in peer support brings multiple benefits to breast cancer patients. In future research, it is necessary to improve the matching mechanism between the 2 sides of support, develop the standardized peer support protocols, and enrich the form of peer support, in order to promote the continuous improvement and development of peer support application in breast cancer patients in China.
