癌症患者化疗所致脱发心理体验质性研究的Meta整合

摘要：

目的系统分析与评价癌症患者化疗所致脱发的心理体验。方法检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Medline、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、PsycINFO、乔安娜布里格斯研究所（Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI）循证卫生保健中心数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中关于癌症患者化疗所致脱发心理体验的质性研究,检索时限从建库至2021年9月。根据2016版JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准评价文献质量,采用汇集性整合法进行Meta整合。结果共纳入14篇文献,提取60个明确的研究结果,将相似结果归纳成12个类别,3个整合结果：脱发影响身心健康;采取的积极应对措施;面临的困难与挑战。结论脱发影响患者身心健康及社会交往,护理人员需重视患者对脱发的认知及体验,鼓励患者积极应对,并采取相应干预措施帮助患者减轻脱发困扰,提高生活质量。

Abstract:

Objective To systematically analyze the effects of chemotherapy-induced alopecia on the psychological experience of cancer patients. Methods PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Medline,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,PsycINFO,JBI Library,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP Data and China Biology Medicine disc were searched to collect qualitative research on the psychological experience of cancer patients with chemotherapy-induced alopecia. The retrieval period was from inception to September 2021. The quality of studies was evaluated according to JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative research（2016）. Meta-synthesis was applied to integrate the results. Results A total of 60 results were extracted from 14 studies. Similar results were summarized into 12 groups,and 3 integrated results were synthesized,including alopecia affecting both physical and mental health,taking active countermeasures,difficulties and challenges. Conclusion Alopecia affected mental health,physical health,and social relationships of cancer patients. Nurses should pay more attention to patients’ cognition and experience of alopecia,encourage patients to actively cope with it,and take corresponding interventions to help cancer patients overcome the troubles caused by alopecia,and thus enhance their quality of life.
