摘要:
该文综述Kano模型的发展以及基于此模型的失能老年人需求的研究进展,指出Kano模型在失能老年人长期照护需求方面存在的不足和发展方向,为未来建立科学化、多样化的失能老年人长期照护体系提供参考。
