网络化认知行为疗法在乳腺癌患者中的研究进展

摘要：

乳腺癌已成为全球最常见的恶性肿瘤,给患者带来严重的身心危害。网络化认知行为疗法是一种新型的借助互联网平台对患者进行认知行为治疗的互联网医疗方式,可减轻患者的生理和心理负担。该文对网络化认知行为疗法的优势及国外网络化认知行为疗法在乳腺癌患者中的应用现状进行综述,提出未来网络化认知行为疗法的探索方向,以期为国内开展相关研究提供参考。

Abstract:

Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the world,which brings the heavy physical and mental afflictions to patients. Internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy is a new type of internet medical method that employs the internet platform to give patients cognitive behavioral treatment,in order to reduce the physical and psychological burden of patients. This review introduced the advantages of internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy,application of this method in breast cancer patients in other countries,and proposed the future exploration focus of internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy,so as to provide a reference for our country to carry out related studies.
