四元联动整合照护在老年失智症患者中的应用进展

摘要：

随着老龄化进程的加快,老年失智症患者的照护问题成为关注的焦点。该文对失智症的概念进行辨析并介绍失智症的分类和诊断、四元联动整合照护的涵义、国内外联动整合照护的发展历程,总结了四元联动主体框架及功能,从网络技术应用、联动转多、培养多层次护理人才、创立失智社区的角度提出了建议,以期为中国老年失智症患者的照护问题提供研究思路。

Abstract:

With the acceleration of the aging process,the care of senile dementia has become the focus of atten-tion. This paper analyzes the concept of the Alzheimer’s disease,introduces the classification and diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease,and summarizes the meaning of the integrated care with quaternary linkage. The development of integrated care were reviewed from the perspective of both at home and abroad,and its main framework and function were summarized. Recommendations on the network technology application,linkage referral,cultivating double levels of nursing talents,the foundation of Alzheimer community were put forward,in order to provide references for dementia care problems of elderly patients in China.
