摘要:
高血压逐渐呈现年轻化趋势,运动干预在中青年高血压患者的治疗中有独特的优势。该文对中青年高血压患者的运动干预进行综述,介绍了有氧运动、抗阻运动、高强度间歇训练等运动方法,并阐述了不同运动强度、运动时间和运动频率对中青年高血压患者的运动效果。
