乙肝病毒感染产妇母乳喂养的现状调查

Investigation on the current status of breastfeeding in puerpera with hepatitis B

摘要:

【目的】调查乙肝病毒感染产妇母乳喂养现状,并分析其影响因素。【方法】选取在北京市某三级甲等医院2016年1月—2018年2月分娩的602例乙肝病毒感染产妇作为研究对象,采用自行设计的母乳喂养获得途径及影响因素问卷,于产后42 d对其进行问卷调查并分析调查结果。【结果】乙肝病毒感染产妇母乳喂养率为45.85%,其中纯母乳喂养率为26.91%。影响乙肝病毒感染产妇选择母乳喂养的主要因素有:应用抗病毒药215例(65.95%)、产妇担心母婴传播226例(69.33%)、家人反对116例(35.58%)等。【结论】受较多因素影响,乙肝病毒感染产妇产后母乳喂养率低,医护人员应加强宣教母乳喂养相关知识,使产妇消除顾虑,提高乙肝病毒感染产妇的母乳喂养率。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the current status of breastfeeding among puerpera with Hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection and analyze the influencing factors.Methods The 602 puerpera with Hepatitis B virus in a tertiary hospital in Beijing from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected as study subjects. The self-designed questionnaire for access to breastfeeding and its influencing factors was used to survey the puerpera at the 42 days after delivery,and data were analyzed.Results The breastfeeding rate of HBV infected puerpera was 45.85%,of which the exclusive breastfeeding rate was 26.91%. The factors affecting breastfeeding:using antiviral drugs in 215 cases(65.95%),worries about mother-to-child transmission in 226 cases(69.33%),and family opposition in 116 cases(35.58%).Conclusion The breastfeeding rate among puerpera with HBV is low,and is influenced by many factors. Health care professionals should strengthen knowledge education related to breastfeeding,eliminate concerns,and promote breastfeeding rate.
