慢性心力衰竭患者姑息照护的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

综述了国内外对慢性心力衰竭患者实施姑息照护的现状,总结对慢性心力衰竭患者实施姑息照护的必要性,发现影响慢性心力衰竭患者实施姑息照护的因素主要包括慢性心力衰竭疾病轨迹特点、心理社会因素、医护人员姑息照护知识缺乏、伦理因素等,明确慢性心力衰竭患者接受姑息照护实施模式的研究现状,以期为我国开展慢性心力衰竭姑息照护实践提供指引。
