摘要/Abstract

摘要：

总结1例高温铝水致胸壁缺失伴右肺裸露患者的护理经验。护理要点：精准化液体管理，平衡组织灌注与肺水肿风险；实施综合性保护策略，做好对裸露肺部的护理；积极控制感染，预防脓毒性休克；监测凝血功能，预防深静脉血栓形成；开展多模态疼痛管理，提高舒适度。患者历经2次入院治疗与护理后，康复出院。

关键词: 铝水烧伤, 开放性损伤, 胸壁缺失, 护理

Abstract:

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with chest wall defect and right lung exposure caused by high-temperature molten aluminum burn. The key nursing points included：precision fluid management to balance tissue perfusion with pulmonary edema risk；implementing comprehensive protective strategies for exposed lung care；actively controlling infection to prevent septic shock；monitoring coagulation function to prevent deep vein thrombosis；implementing multimodal pain management to enhance comfort. After undergoing 2 hospitalizations for treatment and care，the patient was discharged in a recovered state.
