摘要:
脑卒中患者康复依从性普遍较低,评估患者康复动机有助于促进患者的康复管理,提升患者康复的积极性及依从性,改善康复结局。该文对脑卒中患者康复动机评估工具进行综述,从脑卒中患者康复动机评估工具的主要内容、应用现状、特点及局限性等方面进行阐述,以期为临床脑卒中患者康复动机评估工具的恰当选择、脑卒中患者康复管理及国内本土化脑卒中康复动机评估工具的研发提供参考。
