摘要:
目的 系统分析与评价心脏康复患者运动恐惧的心理体验。 方法 检索PubMed、Web of Science、Ovid电子期刊全文数据库、Embase、CINAHL、PsycINFO、Cochrane Library、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库及美国心脏协会、欧洲心脏病学会、美国心肺康复协会等网站关于心脏康复患者运动恐惧体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年6月。根据澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准(2016版)评价文献质量,采用汇集性整合法进行Meta整合。 结果 共纳入14篇文献,提取45个明确的研究结果,将相似结果归纳成10个类别,3个整合结果:运动恐惧受多重因素影响;运动恐惧影响患者生活体验;降低运动恐惧的策略。 结论 护理人员应重视心脏康复患者运动恐惧心理,采取相应干预措施,协助患者克服运动恐惧的心理障碍,完善个性化运动方案,提高身体活动水平。
