混合方法研究系统评价的方法学及应用进展

摘要：

混合方法研究系统评价（mixed methods systematic review，MMSR）是针对某一主题全面综合质性和量性数据，产生指导决策证据的综述类型。该文回顾了MMSR的内涵及应用情景、分类方法、实施步骤等方法学内容，并借助文献检索对已发表的MMSR相关研究进行文献分析，发现MMSR主要分为会聚方法、顺序方法2种类型，国内应用起步较晚，主要应用该方法探究患者的生理和情绪，因而未来可不断拓展其在医疗护理等领域的应用范围，以适应社会发展和实践需求，促进MMSR的规范发展。

Abstract:

Mixed methods systematic review（MMSR） is a type of review that comprehensively integrates qualitative and quantitative data to produce evidence to guide decision-making on a topic. This paper reviewed the application，method classification，specific implementation steps，and other methodological content of MMSR. At the same time，literature retrieval was used to analyze the published MMSR-related literature. According to the review results，MMSR can be divided into 2 main types：convergent approach and sequential approach. The domestic application started late and mainly focused on the patient’s physiological and emotional status. Therefore，the application scope of this method should be continuously expanded in medical and nursing in the future to adapt to social development and practical needs and continue to promote the development of MMSR standardization.
