摘要:
多组学技术的更新是推动全生命周期精准健康模式快速发展的关键手段,其可从健康和疾病的护理生物学角度,制订动态和精准的护理措施、提供海量数据信息,目前临床护理研究面临多组学技术应用和转化能力不足等诸多挑战。该文对多组学技术进行介绍,从多组学技术在癌症护理、孕妇及早产儿护理、慢性代谢性疾病护理、症状管理方面中的应用现状进行综述,并提出多组学技术与护理研究的交叉整合及展望,以加强护士对健康和疾病不同层面间的信息挖掘能力,为加快精准护理的临床转化提供重要依据。
