摘要:
心血管疾病风险沟通是帮助风险个体理解风险信息,引导其改善健康行为的重要手段。护士作为风险沟通的主体,有效开展心血管疾病风险沟通,对降低日益增长的心血管疾病负担和心血管疾病的患病率至关重要。该文对健康风险沟通的概念及发展、心血管疾病风险沟通的影响因素以及实施风险沟通的建议3个方面进行综述。建议护士在开展心血管疾病风险沟通时,要充分考虑沟通对象的实际情况和偏好,设计个性化风险沟通方案,为临床护理实践提供参考。
