摘要:
癫痫患者的治疗、管理以及满足其自我管理需求是卫生保健工作的巨大挑战。可穿戴技术在癫痫管理中应用的优势主要体现在加强管理、健康预警和改进决策等方面,具有降低癫痫管理成本、提高管理效率等作用。该文对可穿戴技术在癫痫患者监测、癫痫意外猝死的预警、提高自我管理效果及服药依从性方面的应用现状以及癫痫患者及其他相关者对可穿戴技术的接受度进行综述,分析在国内癫痫患者中推广可穿戴技术面临的挑战,旨在为优化癫痫患者的管理提供借鉴。
