护理人际关系量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘要：

目的对护理人际关系量表（Nursing Care Interpersonal Relationship Questionnaire，NCIRQ）进行汉化，并验证其信效度。目的基于Brislin翻译模型，对NCIRQ进行翻译、回译、文化调试和预调查，形成中文版NCIRQ初稿。采用便利抽样法，选取2022年8月在北京市某三级甲等医院住院的355例患者，对NCIRQ的信效度进行评价。结果中文版NCIRQ共22个条目，量表总的Cronbach's α系数为0.882，重测信度为0.871。各条目的内容效度指数为0.670~1.000，量表的全体一致内容效度指数为0.947。通过探索性因子分析共提取3个公因子，累计方差贡献率为58.944%。结论中文版NCIRQ在住院患者中的应用具有良好的信效度，可作为评估国内住院患者与护理人员间人际关系现状的有效工具。

Abstract:

Objective To translate the Nursing Care Interpersonal Relationship Questionnaire（NCIRQ） into Chinese version，and to test its reliability and validity. Methods Following the Brislin model，the English NCIRQ was translated into Chinese，and back translated and modified for cultural adaptation，and pre-tested to form Chinese version of NCIRQ. Convenience sampling method was used to evaluate the reliability and validity of NCIRQ in 355 patients admitted to a tertiary A hospital in Beijing from August 2022. Results The Chinese version of NCIRQ included 22 items. The Cronbach's α was 0.882 and the test-retest reliability were 0.871. The content validity index of each item is 0.670~1.00. The average content validity index of the scale is 0.947. There were 3 common factors being extracted by exploratory factor analysis，and the cumulative variance contribution rate is 58.944%. Conclusion The Chinese version of NCIRQ has good reliability and validity in hospitalized patients，and it can be used as an evaluation tool to evaluate the relationship of hospitalized patients and nurses in China.
