肌萎缩侧索硬化症患者呼吸障碍护理的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

该文综述了肌萎缩侧索硬化症患者呼吸障碍护理的研究进展。总结了肌萎缩侧索硬化症患者呼吸障碍的护理问题,从症状和体征的评估、夜间血氧检测、肺功能检测等方面阐述了呼吸功能的评估方法,从无创呼吸机的使用、使用时机、参数设置和调整、无创呼吸机的护理、脱机时机、呼吸功能锻炼及延续护理方面介绍了呼吸障碍的护理方法,旨在提升呼吸障碍患者的护理质量,从而提高患者生活质量,延长生存期。
