糖尿病患者胰岛素注射及血糖监测恐惧的研究进展

摘要：

胰岛素注射及血糖监测恐惧是糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗过程中普遍存在的现象,恐惧严重者会影响患者的治疗依从性及血糖控制水平,但恐惧在临床工作中却容易被医护人员忽视。该文从糖尿病患者胰岛素注射及血糖监测恐惧测评工具、影响因素及干预措施3方面进行综述,旨在提高临床护士对糖尿病患者胰岛素注射及血糖监测恐惧的关注,为进一步开展相关研究提供参考。
