摘要：

该文通过介绍不同的风险管理和防护行为理论以及其在针刺伤方面的应用,更加深入地分析和解释针刺伤发生的症结,以期建立科学有效的针刺伤风险管理及防护机制,保障医护人员的职业安全和健康。
