老年人平衡能力评估及干预的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

老年人由于机体功能下降易发生跌倒,跌倒是造成老年人伤亡的主要原因,而平衡能力下降与跌倒发生密切相关。该文从静态和动态稳态平衡、主动性平衡、反应性平衡及四肢肌力方面对老年人的平衡能力评估及干预进行综述,旨在为预防老年人跌倒提供借鉴。
