Perinatal nursing care of a patient with Behcet’s syndrome complicated with aplastic anemia

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

总结1例贝赫切特综合征合并再生障碍性贫血患者的围产期护理。护理要点：实施基于风险评估的个体化血液保护策略；基于多源数据的冲突预警与护理决策支持；实施母胎功能状况的协同监护；基于精准防御体系的快速序贯干预；构建以并发症防御为核心的延续性管理。经过精心的治疗和护理，患者住院34 d后出院，出院后1个月随访，预后良好。

关键词: 贝赫切特综合征, 再生障碍性贫血, 围产期护理

Abstract:

The perinatal care for a case of Behcet’s syndrome combined with aplastic anemia was summarized. Key nursing priorities focus on the fellowing points：implementation of an individualized blood conservation strategy based on risk assessment；provision of therapeutic conflict early warning and nursing decision support based on multi-source data；execution of coordinated surveillance of maternal-fetal status；performance of rapid sequential interventions based on a precise defense system；establishment of complication-focused continuity management. Following meticulous treatment and nursing care，the patient was discharged after 34 days of hospitalization with a positive prognosis confirmed at the one-month follow-up.
