摘要：

总结1例克利佩尔-特农纳综合征合并妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者的围产期护理。护理要点：产前开展个性化指导、警惕胎儿宫内窘迫；产时维持体液平衡、协助新生儿窒息抢救；产后预防出血和防治静脉血栓、进行母婴分离护理。经过精心的围产期治疗和护理，母婴情况稳定出院，出院后1个月随访，母婴预后良好。

Abstract:

To summarize the perinatal nursing of a case of Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome complicated with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. The key points of nursing include personalized prenatal guidance and emergency cesarean section for fetal distress；maintaining intraoperative fluid balance during delivery and assisting in rescuing newborns with asphyxia；postpartum maintenance of dynamic balance of bleeding and thrombosis，and separation of mother and infant care. After careful perinatal treatment and nursing，the mother and baby were discharged from the hospital in a stable condition. The prognosis of the mother and baby was good after 1 month follow-up after discharge.
